Product Information: 3M™ Vitrified Grinding Wheels 43VA are our vitrified bonded grinding wheels with high friability and low wear resistance silicon carbide grains, ideal for conventional grinding operations of non-ferrous or hard materials..

Use 3M™ Vitrified Grinding Wheels - 43VA for creep feed grinding applications and other fine surface finishing of non-ferrous or hard materials.

Our vitrified bonded grinding wheels feature high friability and low wear resistance silicon carbide grains for conventional grinding operations needing lower grinding pressure to maintain free cutting ability.

These wheels are more specifically used while grinding non-ferrous materials such as copper, aluminium, and other hard materials like cast iron, tungsten carbide, or alloyed steel, hardened up to 65 HRc.

They’re ideal for fine surface finish requirements in combination with fine grit sizes.
