The resin coating on the fibers is carefully calculated to optimize scrubbing effectiveness. A small amount of very fine mineral distributed throughout the disc boosts cleaning capability without leaving unsightly scratches. It contains slightly less mineral than our popular maroon Scotch-Brite™ 7447 Pad for a gentler application. These features make this disc ideal for household type surfaces and aerospace or automotive interiors where many different surfaces require upkeep.

Its versatility makes this a great general purpose cleaning disc.
