Designed for use with PUR Adhesive Dispensing Equipment
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Purge Material 3756 should only be dispensed through bulk equipment specifically designed for use with hot melt polyurethane reactive (PUR) adhesives. All equipment must be used in strict accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer.

Directions for Use
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Purge Material 3756 is designed to purge material balance of 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ polyurethane reactive adhesive from PUR application equipment prior to extended shutdown periods. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Purge Material 3756 should be dispensed at 250ºF / 121ºC. Frequency of use and quantity of this extruder will depend on the type and configuration of the application equipment. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Purge Material 3756 can also be used for first time start-up (for a “dry” run) of PUR application equipment. Because 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Purge Material 3756 is nonreactive, pre-production modifications to equipment can be performed without the potential for curing in the equipment.
