The thermosetting, silicone adhesive on the flame retardant tape offers optimized adherence in areas of high ambient temperatures. This tape withstands a temperature range of 32 to 356 °F (0 to 180 °C).. 3M™ Tape 62 has a bondable backside that provides excellent adhesion to its own backing as well as better bonding of resins and varnishes.
